As a person who loves to read Vogue and Cosmo I recently have come across alot of women who desire to have  Beyonce Body or J. Lo figure.  Women and Some Men look in these magazines and desire a goal that even artist themselves aren't living up to. This Is where self love and self hate go hand in hand. You have to love yourself for who you are NOW if you eve want to love who you have the potential to be. I began surfing the web to find some of these before and after pics or airbrushed stars and the images scared the crap out of me.
