I know I have been missing in action for sometime now but I promise you I haven't gone far. I have officially started my online store and things are awesome. I was asked what was the purpose of curvy chic and honestly it was just a hobby that has spawned into a love. I have always loved fashion as a plus size woman I don't think we are afforded the same opportunities as others. Now this week has been awesome to say the least. I visited Vizcaya Museum and really enjoyed the Mansion and it's history. I don't recommend anything but sneakers and sandals ( I learned the hard way).
The Look:
Top: H&M (large) $5.95
Pants: American Rag via Macy's $50
Bag: Target $18
Shoes: Thrifted $10 retail Donald J.Pliner $250
Watch: Michael Kors $250
Necklace: Tiffany &Co $380
Earrings: $5
So I decided to participate in the neon trend the outfit was simple and comfy and I just love my shoes! I found them in goodwill for $10 and they were brand new upon further investigation of the brand I discovered they retail for $250! Imagine how happy I was!
My second outfit was also neon inspired!
Dress: H&M $18
Shoes: Barefeet $30
Accessories: H&M and Miami Village
Now My wedges are an entirely different story to say the least. I fell in love when the pink neon wedges when I walked inside of Aldo. I was told that the shoe was sold out in most sizes and was just on display. I contacted Aldo who couldn't give me a clear answer on when and where they would restock. So to my delight I discovered The Top Neon wedges and for $30 opposed to Aldo's shoes for $100! I think I won this time around.
I have received a lot of inquiries about this dress It's actually a ASOS and I purchased it just the other day.
I paired it with my thrifted Clear shoes and called it a night. This dress is a 18 and was rather large.
Dress: Asos $50
Shoes: Goodwill $8
Watch: Michael Kors &250
