LEATHER AND MY BLUES: FASHION SHOW WEAR

So If you follow me on Instagram you know I will be in a lovely contestant in Miss Plus Size Miami. In doing so we are required to attend certain events and socialize which is something that I don't do often. I am honestly a family person and I spend the majority of my family with them. I find it sometimes hard mingling or having small talk with women. I guess as I grow older I have learned to guard my heart and my friendships dearly. We attended at lovely show in Ft.Lauderdale, FL at the Art Bar. It displayed fashion from local boutiques and custom pieces from local artist. I enjoyed myself and meet some very interesting people and most importantly got to chat with the fellow contestants. I wasn't really impressed with the plus size collections seeing in how only 2 boutiques had plus and only one piece per boutique. I did snap a few pictures from several of the straight size models and they looked lovely and sexy.

I opted for a classy simple look with a pop of color I was kind of concerned with over doing it at a fashion show. I have attended a few and the fashion is usually always over the top which Is some what expected in the fashion world. My out fit believe it or not is entirely thrifted with the exception of my shoes and bag. The price comes in at under $20 dollars for my top and bottom and I'm super excited about that!
