First Up!

Plus Size and Flexible: Yoga Edition

 

Why aren't more plus size women doing yoga? I saw this  picture on Tumblr and instantly became impressed with both her curves and her ability to keep this yoga pose. So do you think you can or can't do yoga because of your size? I would love to hear your responses on the matter. I'm truly on the fence after searching several sites to research the topic  I came across this little message and it honestly speaks for itself.

 

Yoga is not just for the one-size fits most community, and Expanding into Fullness, Yoga for the Large Woman clearly demonstrates this. Yoga truly is for all sizes, including the plus-size! When looking at yoga magazines and watching the typical DVDs it might not seem like it, but the truth is, all the poses can be modified to work for any body type.

Spring is here and Jibri is showing out!

 

Jibri has been on thing and that consistent with their designs, quality and evolving yearly  and this spring was no different. I viewed the new collection as chic and bold  that lime green maxi is calling my name honey!

Chasity gives Kelis a run for her MONEY!

 

 

 

 

 

I love Chasity from garnerstyle.blogspot.com and this celebrity style capture made my heart smile. I mean I love everything about it.  I had this picture of Kelis saved to flash drive  when it  was featured on fashionbombdaily.com I most definitely wanted to recreate this look myself. In my honest opinion Chasity murdered this look and I loved every second of it.
