SOMEONE YOU SHOULD FOLLOW: YOGA AND CURVES

YOGA HAS NO LIMITS: CURVY AND FLEXIBLE

So I have come across this young ladies pictures of several yoga poses all over tumblr, pinterest and of course YouTube. I must admit I wondered how a curvy woman could be so flexible and confident at the same time without speaking one word. I searched all over fb for a fan page to follow this diva with no luck. I must admit I was super excited when I finally found her on IG her post have inspired me to want to strengthen my core and be more flexible. You don't see many curvy women doing yoga because so many think that it can't be done and for that reason alone you should definitely find out and get to know @mynameisjessamyn on IG!

She also has a tumblr with a pretty detail FAQ section for those that want to know how she started and what she really gets from Yoga.  I think I will give either yoga or pole dancing a try but I am in fear of not having enough endurance.

HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT YOGA OR ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE WORK OUT I.E POLE CLASS ETC.?  WHY HAVEN'T YOU GONE? IF YOU HAVE WHAT WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE? COMMENT, DISCUSS AND CHAT BELOW!

  1. I've actually done Pole dancing, at over 300lbs it was nerve racking to know that I'll be the biggest one there, but my instructor and class mates were very supportive. I had a blast, built strength, endurance, and confidence. I also did chair dancing as well. Many of my friends want to join and start going with me when I start back again. I recommend it definitely!!

  3. When you’re practising a sport such as Pole Dancing (and indeed, it most certainly is a game), safety is significant. You'll be climbing, turning and hanging topsy turvy on a vertical metal pole! You have to pay attention to safety very by not facing any superfluous challenges.
